We aim to ensure you love every purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, only if:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed
- All tags and packaging are intact
- The item is in resaleable condition
Note:
- Jewellery items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Sale, discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return.
What Can Be Returned
✔️ Size issues (for apparel)
✔️ Manufacturing defect or damaged product received
✔️ Incorrect product delivered
What Cannot Be Returned
❌ Used / washed items
❌ Products without original tags/packaging
❌ Jewellery & accessories
❌ Items damaged due to customer handling
Return Process
- Email us at support@rareruby.in or WhatsApp at (+91 9898989898) within 7 days of delivery.
- Send your order number & product photos.
- After approval, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or request you to ship it back.
Reverse pickup charges: ₹99 will be deducted from refund/exchange value.
Refunds
Refunds are provided in the form of:
- Store Credit / Coupon Code valid for 6 months
- For prepaid orders, refund to original payment method (if applicable) after inspection
Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size/design is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Issues
If a package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, report within 48 hours.
We will coordinate with the courier for verification.
